The Texas Instruments SN74AHC373 and SN74AHC373-Q1 eight-way D-latches contain high-performance CMOS logic devices designed to provide eight-way transparent D-latches with 3-state outputs. The latches are optimized for low power consumption and high performance in digital systems. The SN74AHC373 and SN74AHC373-Q1 Type D latches operate from a 2V to 5.5V supply voltage range, with a latch time of 6.8ns at 5V and 15pF load, and support 130MHz operating frequency at 5V and 15pF load. The latches are available in a QFN package with wettable flanks. The SN74AHC373-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include enabling or disabling digital signals, controlling indication LEDs, and converting between communication modules and system controllers.
